When you can work in good indoor climate conditions, when you have a good atmosphere inside, your productivity is so much higher. Instead of working for eight to nine hours per day, you probably can do the same amount of work within six hours. If you think about work balance, how big help it is, for instance, to those people who have small children at home. For every 400 ppm (parts per million) of CO2 increase, you will lose 20% of your efficiency. So, if we are able to take the 400 out, we are able to improve decision making, work efficiency, better working environment. That’s how I want to see it. That it’s better to work. That people feel better. School is the same thing for the kids. Probably, they can’t learn but you can’t measure learning, but how they can concentrate. How they are more energized while they’re there. And we are spending 90% of the time inside of the building. Because we are taking carbon from the air, that air becomes lean-CO2 air. We can create an atmosphere conducive to learning, conducive to production because of the lean-CO2 level. A higher CO2 level is detrimental to your production and your ability to perform. By putting this equipment here, for example, in this building, we get better air quality, we get more efficiency. And we have this carbon sink. We’ve got the fuels. But just think of the one element here, if we can increase the efficiency of our employees by 10%, by providing them this environment where they can work. On average, the salary is $50,000, for example. So 10% increase, 5,000 for that. And the cost of this is the cost of coffee per day, so roughly, $300. So investing 300, getting 5,000. And on top of that, you get the carbon sink. And on top of that, you get fuel for free. And at the same time, of course, then prevent climate change.
